Sunrise Shores Condo 7 "The House"
Condo 7, Formerly Richard & Helen LeClair's family residence was initially built as a single level home in 1957. We rebuilt it as a two story home in 2014. It now has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths with extra space in the large upstairs loft. Condo 7 has a partial water view and is within 100 meters of sand beach.
Condo 7 has following amenities: free WIFI, free nationwide long distance service, gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and outdoor portable charcoal grills. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the unit or anywhere on the premises.
The ground floor includes the following:
Two car garage, Composite deck with concrete patio area, outdoor furniture (including grill & fire pit), fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, counter area with seating for 3, living room with gas fireplace, handicap accessible bedroom and full bathroom, master bedroom with king bed and adjoining full bathroom (includes double vanity, jetted tub and shower).
The upstairs includes the following:
