Condos #3 & #4 have adjoining doors and symmetrical floor plans. For larger parties, both units can be rented.

Condo #4 has the same ammenities as the other units in Sunrise Shores, such as: free wifi, free nationwide long distance service, fireplace, cable TV, dvd player, fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and outdoor portable charcoal grills. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the units or anywhere on the premises.
In addition, condo #4 offers the following:
Master area with queen bed and ample closet space. Chair with lamps. Adjoining master bathroom with single vanity and jetted bathtub.
Second bedroom with queen bed.
Second full bathroom off of the hallway.
Additional sleeping area provided by a pullout futon mattress which can be placed in the master bedroom or living room.
