Condos #3 & #4 have adjoining doors and symmetrical floor plans. For larger parties, both units can be rented.

Condo #3 has the same ammenities as the other units in Sunrise Shores, such as: free wifi, free nationwide long distance service, gas fireplace, cable TV, dvd player, fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and outdoor portable charcoal grills. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the units or anywhere on the premises.
In addition, condo #3 offers the following:
The Master area includes a bedroom with oversized whirlpool bathtub and queen bed, ample closet space, adjoining master bathroom with extra large shower and double vanity.
Second bedroom with queen bed.
Second full bathroom off of hallway.
The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. In addition, there are queen and twin inflatable air mattresses with electric pumps for extra guests.
For children, there is a Graco highchair, small table with two chairs, children's utensils/cups & dishes, pack-n-play child bed and beach toys. Since this is our second home and we have a toddler, the condo is equipped with kid-friendly items.
